Dear mobility user,
Sales-Lentz is interested in initiating a new mobility concept in Luxembourg and the greater Region that is called Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS). Before we start the initiation of this concept, we would like to understand your travel behaviour and needs, and your attitudes towards this concept. This will allow us to design the service accordingly.
What is MaaS?
Mobility as a Service is the combination of all sorts of transport into one, easy, simple to use application. We’re working with partners to bring together all different modes across the Luxembourg and the surrounding region; so not just buses and trams but also bicycle and car hire, train travel, taxi and walking.
We know that one of the reasons many people choose a car for trips is that its seen as “the easy option” and so MaaS seeks to make public transport the even easier alternative, combining modes and different operators into one seamless journey.
We would like to invite you to participate in this first-round survey.
The survey is available at: http://survey1.maas4eu.eu. You need to create an account in order to participate. Once you do this:
1. The first step is to answer a questionnaire that takes 15 to 20 min.
2. The second step is to download the MaaS4EU app on your mobile phone and activate it using your account’s credentials. You should keep the app active on your phone for 7 full days.
3. The third step requires you returning on the MaaS4EU user centre (survey webpage) to verify your travel activities and provide some more information about your trips. Once you have verified 7-full days, the survey has been completed.
To reward the effort of those who will complete all the three steps of the survey, we have a lottery with 5 coupons of 100 euros each for all Sales-Lentz bus travel offers, 5 coupons of 100 euros each to spend at Saturn, 5 free tickets for the ING Marathon 2019 and 5 free tickets for the DKV Urban Trail 2019.
